Custom Order Request Form

Thank you for reaching out for a custom order! I can't wait to read your idea(s) and am so honored that you're considering ordering custom work from me.

Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee that your project will be accepted. A number of factors go into the decision of whether or not to accept a custom request such as (but not limited to): timing of the project in relation to other production work, feasibility of the project, alignment of the idea with my current style, etc. If you have not already, please take a look at my shop and online gallery to get a sense for my current style and to get an idea if the items that I make are in alignment with your vision.

You can read the policies for custom work on my website. This document outlines what to expect from the process of ordering a custom, from the amount of time that it typically takes, the minimum order amount and deposit requirement, information on returns and refunds, and other topics related to order custom work, so it is important (and is required at the end of this form) that you read and understand the terms and conditions that apply. A few important aspects to note are:

The minimum order total is $100 (not including shipping), with a 50%, non-refundable deposit due before production begins. The remaining total will be due before the items are shipped.
The timeline is a minimum of 8 weeks, and may increase from there depending on the complexity and size of the order.
You will be kept in the loop throughout the creation process and I will make sure that you are happy with your design before finalizing the piece(s). However, in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your final piece(s), we can discuss options such as 1) a remake of the items (dependent on complexity), 2) discounted pricing for the total, or 3) no additional charges beyond the initial deposit.
If your order breaks during shipping, you have the option to be refunded (less the deposit and shipping charge) and depending on complexity, I may be able to remake your pieces.

Description of your idea

Give as much detail as possible! Be sure to describe if you're looking for a set of items and if so, how many pieces per item you're looking for (e.g. set of 2 plates and 2 bowls), a rough idea of dimensions if possible (e.g. a large mixing bowl vs. a pasta bowl), specific colors of the clay, glaze, and/or designs that you're looking for, and any other relevant informations about the style, shapes, etc. that you're looking for. The more information you can provide up front, the better and this will allow us to get your project started more quickly if we have a clear idea of what you're looking for.

What is your budget?

Please note that the minimum order total (not incl. shipping) is $100 with a 50% deposit due before the production work begins. If your proposed project is not quoted at or above this order minimum, your request will not be accepted. You can browse the work that is currently available on my site to get an idea of how I price items based on the 1) type of piece, 2) the size, and 3) level of complexity of the design. Also note that while I will do my best to work within your budget, we may have to adjust your idea if the level of complexity you've requested exceeds the amount that you're able to pay. Your project will not be finalized and you will not be asked to pay the deposit until we have both agreed upon the design and the cost, so we will make sure that if adjustments need to be made, that we can still create pieces that you love!
